This is an award-winning short documentary about a small-town art center. Winnsboro Center for the Arts is located in downtown Winnsboro Texas. It has a rich artistic heritage that has been here all along but got its push in 2001 with the introduction of an art center. Many volunteers later, it is thriving, and this is the story.
